Cancellation Policy

To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request within three calender days from the date of order, as we usually procure and ship the books within three calender days from receiving the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, part or full order can be requested for refund if the product is damaged after receiving the delivery. For this we will require proof in original packing condition or video of package opening. Please note, minor damages due to logistic handling cannot be refunded. We take utmost care of our orders and packages are covered with multiple layers of protective materials like bubble wraps.

Order of an e-Book or e-Magazine cannot be cancelled and hence refund policy is not applicable in case of e-Book or e-Magazine.
 

Return Policy

Product must be returned to us within 10 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. 
 

Refund Policy

For any book that we are not able to supply, within the stipulated time, after discussing with a customer, we issue a full refund.

If a customer wants to cancel the order and ask for a refund, within three calender days of ordering, we process a refund after deducting 4% of the total order value, for payment processing and transaction fees.

COD orders cannot be cancelled after three calender days.

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, we will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. within --- working days. Normally it requires 5-7 days to reflect in your account, after the refund is processed.

Swades Times ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within three working days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For other areas the products will be shipped through Registered Post and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Swades Times is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Swades Times continuously tries to nought such instances.

Also, Swades Times reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
